The RN Inservice Director will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing educational programs for nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff
• Assess the educational needs of nursing staff and develop training programs to meet those needs
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and objectives
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to nursing staff to ensure that they are able to apply new knowledge and skills in their daily work
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure that all nursing staff are up-to-date with required training
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in nursing education
