Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to assist with coordinating recruitment events and managing daily communication for fraternity and sorority life.
Duties:
The role includes attending a daily 9 a.m. meeting with the RFM specialist, followed by collaborating with the Director of FSL at 9:30 a.m. to draft and distribute communication emails to all chapters. From 10 a.m. to noon, you will work on creating emails and handling various daily projects. At noon, you will be responsible for communicating essential updates to all chapters. In the afternoon, from 3 p.m. until the start of recruitment events, you will assist in day-of logistics, acting as extra support to ensure the smooth execution of these events.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience working with UNC's Student Life functional areas and a proven track record of collaborating with fraternity and sorority life. A master's degree is required, and the position demands flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary. Applicants must also be golf cart trained through UNC and demonstrate the ability to synthesize their experiences into a comprehensive report on the functions of student life.
Compensation:
$750 stipend for 30 hours during the one week timeframe.

Employees at UNC receive sick leave, and other leave options may be available based on position. Full-time employees are eligible to receive tuition waiver benefits, as well as dependents and spouses of UNC Employees who are employed at 0.5 FTE or above are eligible for undergraduate dependent tuition grants of up to 50%. These tuition grants will cover in-state tuition charges. Further requirements may exist. Other benefits may be available based on position.

This position is contingent on funding from the Colorado State Legislature, approval by the Board of Trustees, and subject to the policies and regulations of the University of Northern Colorado.
