We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers and staff. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, articulate, well-written and have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers and staff. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting the CEO of the company, managing his time/calendar and ensuring he can focus on his responsibilities
- Coordinating office-wide activities like our quarterly onsite meeting, including travel, lodging, and food/entertainment
- Working with marketing to coordinate special events, such as conference attendance and customer conferences
- Working with the CFO to provide day-do-day accounting, including invoicing customers, processing and receiving customer payments, and assisting in providing monthly financial reports
- Providing HR administrative support to the employees in coordination with the VP of Human Resources, including running payroll, managing benefits, and answering questions
- Acting in a supporting role to the Board of Directors, including meeting scheduling/coordination and note-taken
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years experience providing administrative support to executive leadership
- 2+ years experiencing with accounting software (Quickbooks Online preferred)
- 2+ years experience performing administrative H/R tasks (running payroll, managing benefits, etc)
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
